Dee's Extended Equipment | CIT Pack

- Added new CIT items:
  - Iron, golden, diamond, and netherite arm shields (for shields)
  - Executioner sword (for swords and axes)
  - Fist and gauntlet (for swords and axes)
  - Greatpick (for pickaxes, swords, and axes)
  - Konda (for swords and axes)
  - Labrys (for axes and swords)
  - "Lightsword" in all 16 dye colors (for swords)
  - Mallet (for pickaxes)
  - Maul (for pickaxes, axes, and swords)
  - Minipick (for pickaxes)
  - Odachi (for swords)
  - Claws and talons (for swords and axes)
- "Gauntlet/gloves" armor now only can be accessed through the new "gloves"
- Knuckles now also have a wooden texture
- "Wand" weapon has been renamed to "star" and can be applied to axes as well
- The list of available CIT has been given a complete makeover, the new one can be found at the "click here!" link under the Available CIT spoiler tab in the description of this pack

I still have plenty of more things I plan on adding in the next handful of updates, but the next update (either v1.3.1 or v1.4 depending on how much else I end up adding) will add CustomModelData support for all of the models in this pack.
