Tweaked the scaling difficulty bit more so it's even easier during early game. The Darkness mobs wont' realize their full potential + Consuming Darkness won't spawn for new and weak players during their first nights.

There's an error in v1.7.1 regarding certain spawning mechanic - mobs might not spawn or mysteriously disappear (also when near water). The v1.7.2 fixes that.
Recommending everyone who downloaded v1.7.1 to download v1.7.2

1. More performance improvements - should relieve the server lags on multiplayer a bit
The differences on my relatively weak server are:
- v1.7.0 - median tick duration 24.1ms, 95% ticks under 55.4 ms, max tick duration 65.1ms
- v1.7.1 - median tick duration 22.1ms, 95% ticks under 35.8 ms, max tick duration 50.0ms
