Dark Swarm

Mostly minor stuff:

• A tiny chance for a group of Darkness to spawn around player if they have been “safe” recently
• Normal Darkness may *very* rarely also put out nearby light blocks (same as Boss), but with much less probability and much less area of effect
• Darkness mobs hitting a player may (with varying small chance) aggro nearby Darkness towards that player
• Minor changes between what's normal and reduced mob griefing in config
• Changed progression of amount of “heartbeat” particles in very beginning of Dark Night
