Using this pack you can change the colours of anything [apart from the logo] on the 1.16.x loading screen
to use this pack unzip it into a folder in .minecraft\resourcepacks and open the .zip file
then in \assets\minecraft\optifine open the color.properties file [use something like notepad or notepad++]
now following the instructions you can change the colours!!
