Bug Fixes: Datapack -Storm should no longer pick players up during Scatter Attack, Teleports, Lightning Scatters, or in the End

-Storm should no longer lower its attack cooldown time after a large attack when a player is underground or in water

-All players should be added to StormMercy when Symbiont and Ender Dragon is alive

-Fixed forgotten scoreboards for rising clusters when Formidibomb is about to blow up

-Fixed Wither Storm not ignoring you when a Formidibomb is ignited

-Fixed Wither Storm not teleporting to the End when it should

-Teleport sound now plays at all player’s position, making it heard by everyone.
