Cracker's Wither Storm Plus

Bug Fixes -Fixed attacks going for the furthest players instead of closest

-Fixed particles spawning at world spawn point

-Fixed Wither Storm teleporting even when someone exist close enough to it for it to not teleport

-Wither Storm will no longer go after players with an Amulet in the End

-Wither Storm will no longer teleport to the nearest player but the farthest player in the Overworld

-Fixed some sounds from playing everywhere (again)

-Fixed multiplayer issues with the Formidibomb and Super TNT

-Fixed Symbiont attacks not working in some cases -Advanced Symbiont Fireball attack will no longer attack players out of range

-Scatter Attack will end early if nearest player is out of range

Changes -Slightly adjusted distance Lightning Cutoff and Blue Skull Rain attack can activate

-Added a TooClose tag to see if the Wither Storm is allowed to teleport or not

-Removed unused function
