Classes and Races

Bugs Fixed:

-Elytra is disabled when flying downwards at y128 as Arial race
-Half-Ravanger class cannot be switched to
-Debug commands when switching classes and/or races are shown in chat
-Fixed an exploit where a player could change their class when not nearby a dojo. If a player attempts this now, they will get a longer cooldown to change their class. Have fun!

-Major Performance improvements

Changes/Fixes:

-Tweaked the amount of class xp received upon a player kill
-City vaults are now found in 40% of villager cities, up from 20%
-The cooldown for class changes has been increased from 5 to 8 hours
-The cooldown for race changes has been increased from 10 to 15 hours (May be reduced in the future)
-Removed code from items that were never obtainable
-Endermen now take poison for 10 seconds after they touch water and go on land, up from 3 seconds
