Classes and Races

Bugs Fixed:

-Healer class does not work properly
-Killing a player does not reward class xp
-Sneaking and sprinting at the same time does not teleport you as an enderman
-When a healer sneaks it always says the message "healed another player"
-Iron Golems attack golem races
-Wither skulls shot from with Wither Bow stay in the air
-The Reawakened Advancement does not give class xp
-The Guardian beam does not work on undead mobs

Changes/Fixes:

-Cities are now noticeably rarer
-Magical apples now have to be dropped on the ground in order to work
-Apprentice Advancement description has been changed from "Enter a Dojo" to "Change your class with a dojo master"
-Wither Temples are now slightly rarer
-Reduced Lag
