• After a lot of time & much headache, greatly improve all shield display positions via tons of "simulated" model positioning - now they all use precise maths rather than guess & check like before. Why, why Mojang must you offset the origin of shield entities on all axes... Makes any rotations & especially multiple rotations hellish when calculating/deducing position offsets

• On top of the existing 1st person display positions, bring in the newly reworked GUI, 3rd person, dropped item, item frame, fox mouth, head etc positions from my personal pack. New additions include 3rd person blocking now actually precisely matching (symmetrical too) & different positions for the shield in your hotbar depending on the state of the shield

• Fix accidental offset in handle (and thus shield) position for held shield in 3rd person

• Fix missing texture for shield break particles (being an item, I thought it didn't need it as tools didn't have such a line). Instead of using the default dark oak planks or something more fitting like spruce planks, make custom break texture (back of an actual shield) that looks nice

• Change name of pack to have a ++ at the end, as it now includes more content than just unobtrusive shields

Given all these changes, I've majorly updated this pack's curseforge description. I would also like to thank you guys for 2000+ downloads!

Here's a look at the kind of deduction I was doing in my simulation. It took a looooong time for me to inch forward while figuring out how to make use of the software to infer/extract accurate & correct measurements for each case:

Also, here's a little compilation - a peek at some of the madness that went down:

And for posterity, here is the original showcase image that is now no longer in this pack's curseforge description:
