Cactus Man's Simple PvP resource pack!

- fixed survival inventory (I tried to make it semi-transparent but for some reason it didn't work)

- added the end sky

- fixed some GUI issues including food bar having weird outline

- added experience bar (full and empty)

-fixed crosshair

- added an edit to the Mojang screen

- added an edit to the Minecraft logo

- added clouds (completing everything in environment folder)

and I believe that is it :)

Things that I will try to include in the next update

- finish adding all of the container GUIs

- replacing the dirt background with something just as simple

- fixed moon bugs

- finish everything in the icons image

and I believe that will be all in the next update! :)
