Better colors resourcepack (Update 15/12/2024)

-Fixed warped_nylium_side texture that was blurry -Modified netherrack, Nether quartz ore and Crimson nylium to make the colors match better (brightness boost) -Modified soul sand and soul soil -Updated

This is the final release for 1.21.4 Unless new bugs are found!
