Adds compatibility between Backported Spears and Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks.
Description
Adds compatibility between Backported Spears and Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks. Specifically the Amethyst rapier and Twilight Gale. Both are able to poke and given range similar to vanilla spears, the Amethyst Rapier is also given the ability to charge, Twilight Gale can't have this to retain it's spear throwing functionality.
