Removed certain custom UI elements like custom hotbar and inventory for the sake of making the pack more vanilla

Lowered the resolution of the custom panorama by 50% to make the pack file size smaller (from 7mb to 2mb is pretty good in my opinion)

Removed many of the optifine resourcepack features because it was taking too long to implement with all of the items, so I just removed them unfortunately.
