HOTFIX • v1.9.1.2hf

Based on the latest version of Polytone, I had to make some tiny adjustments, including the following fixes:

• Fix missing sprites based on the new Polytone behavior

Snow Particles:
• Inconsistent spawn height
• Snow particles spawning in large underground rooms

Rain Particles:
• Rain particles spawning in large underground rooms

This version only contains these fixes and does not include any features from 1.9.2 yet!
