AL's Skeletons Revamped

*MASSIVE UPDATE!

*OVERHAULED the ENTIRE Skeleton system AGAIN:

  -split the original model into multiple models to reduce lag

  -added random armor and quiver system

  -added 10 different random armors

  -added 5 different random quivers

*added weather dependent snow for Strays and Snowy Skeletons

*Strays eyes are now white and emissive (glowing)

*Strays now pull from the random quivers

*removed Jungle Skeletons (only regular Mossy Skeletons spawn now)

*removed Concept Art Necromancer (Horse Jockey variant) since I wasn't satisfied with it

*changed the color palate of the Warm Skeleton variants and Piglin Skeletons to match the MC Dungeons Skeletons

*overhauled Wither Skeleton model

*overhauled the "Calliope" Wither Skeleton variant (again)

*overhauled the Sunken Skeleton variants

*overhauled the Skeleton Horse Jockey variants to better match the Necromancers from MC Dungeons

*tweaked Skeleton Spider Jockey

*tweaked several other textures

*miscellaneous bug fixes
