[Aeronautics] No Suspension

This pack removes the suspension texture from the wheel mount. You can also remove the suspension individually by shift + right-clicking the wheel mount — this is already implemented in the mod itself. The pack is made to fully remove the suspension, but you can always remove it on a per-wheel basis.
