- Added Shooting Stars that appear time to time (Randomized Chance of appearing at night, Higher chance when further from light sources)

- Added a preset for the Original water

- Added loading improvements when using Distent Horizons

- Changed Stars to flicker? twinkle? whatever you want to call it.

- Updated Water loading (Should load chunks with water faster at the possible cost of FPS)
