New Features

Intermittent Glitch Stripes: Added random horizontal and vertical bright lines moving across the screen to boost the retro VHS/camcorder aesthetic.

Menu Integration: Fully integrated the new effect into the configuration block so it shows up properly in the in-game shader options menu.   

New Config Options

INTERMITTENT_STRIPES_STR (Default: 0.08) – Adjusts the brightness and visibility of the passing lines.

INTERMITTENT_STRIPES_FREQ (Default: 1.5) – Controls how often the screen glitches occur.
