1) Fixed outline
2) Added fog color option. Dynamic fog has different colors and blends with the sky better. One Color fog has only a single color which can be set manually in config.
3) Fixed some issues with caustics (ty Capt Tatsu)
4) Slightly tweaked lighting colors and modified underwater lighting
5) Tweaked volumetric lighting
