OPAL v0.3.1 Changelog:
Reflections:
-slightly increased reflections intensity
-merged "Sky Reflections Intensity" with "Reflections Intensity" option (different values for each reflection type caused some reflections to look out of place)
Fixes:
-fixed shaders not working on OptiFine
-fixed "Per Biome Weather" option causing problems when turned off (shaderpack failing to load on Iris and broken fog, particles and reflections on OptiFine)
