🔧 Improvements

God ray volumetric loop now uses temporal Bayer-4 dithering — no more visible banding

Tonemap now supports per-preset sky tint multipliers without extra texture samples

Water normals extended with rain ripple layer during wet weather

Cloud ambient color now transitions properly between day (grey) and night (blue-grey)

All new systems wrapped in #ifdef guards — zero performance cost when disabled

Preset system overrides core settings at compile time — no runtime branching
