Beta 1.0C Config Update

Note: Less then 5 mods added does not require new version

Mods Added:

Config Updates/Changes:

Ars Nouveau
- Increased touch light brightness from 8 to 10
- increased touch light duration from 8 to 9
- Enabled Hunter to be able to hunt animals: set from false to true
- Decreased Mana cost of Ring of Jumping per jump from 30 to 20

Yung's Better Dungeons:
- increased man banner spawn from 2 to 4
- Increased Max chest count from 2 to 3
- Increased Max Banner spawn in the Nether fortress from 2 to 4

Yung's Better End Island
- Dragon egg now drops any time the End dragon is defeated: set from false to true

Yung's Better Mineshafts

Ores: Increased the following
- Redstone: 7 to 8
- Gold: 7 to 8
- Emeralds: 3 to 4
- Diamonds: 1 to 3

Ores: Decreased:
- Chance of Cobble Stone 50 to 40
- Iron: 9 to 5

Mineshafts Parts and Decorations;
- Spawn Chance for Abandoned Miner's Outpost increased from 2 to 4

Yung's Better Strongholds;
- Torch Spawn Rate increased from 0.1 to 0.3

Comforts:
- Disabled Auto use of sleeping bag when placed: Set from true to False
- Enabled Hammock to be used during the day or night: set from DAY to DAY OR NIGHT

Blood Letting
- Dagger of Blood Letting LP Multiplier increased from 1.0 to 1.2
Dagger of the Orb:
- Increased Max LP of weak blood orb bound to dagger on network from 5000 to 7000
- Increased Max LP of Apprentice Blood Orb bound to dagger on network from 25000 to 30000
- Increased Max LP of Magician Blood Orb bound to dagger on network from 150000 to 155000
- Decreased Max Lp of Master Blood orb bound to dagger on network from 1000000 to 900000
