Description
ZENTHARA: WIZARDS AND WARRIORS
This is a fantasy theme pack that I have spent a lot of time trying to get feeling just how I want it to. When making this pack I focused on a few core pillars to keep everything cohesive and in line:
1. Exploration: Most of the time spent making this pack really went to getting the world generation just right and optimized. You will find towering mountains, giant trees, massive dungeons, ancient sewer systems, beautiful oceans, magnificent forests, and much more. Chunks load a little slowly so please be careful when moving quickly through unloaded chunks.
2. Combat: A combat system built on top of the amazing Epic Fight mod ensures that every encounter will feel cinematic and impactful. There are a plethora of weaponry to find as well whether you are a magic user, swordsman, or ranger.
3. The world is Alive: There was great care taken to ensure the world is not only interactive with the player but with itself. Lots of mods are used to create interactions between different aspects of the world, from the way mobs act with each other to seasons affecting day length and harvests.
4. Optimizations: A lot of time and effort was taken to try to get this running as smoothly as possible. out of the 340+ mods within this pack, a solid 60 or so are mods dedicated to optimization and configured by hand. The average fps with complimentary shaders set to low and a render distance of 12 at 2560x1440p is 120fps or so.
5. Flexibility: As a personal preference, i am not a big fan of packs that force you to go down a specific gameplay route or force you to involve a specific important mod 90% of the time. I prefer when things are more spread out and you are able to dabble in everything evenly to be successful. You can be anything from a knight on horseback, a simple fisherman, a familiar shop keeper, a mage, and whatever other fantasy role you can come up with most likely.
Please comment any issues you may come accross or feel free to join my discord to discuss it further there, please do not comment your full crash logs. I would rather have a ticket with the file sent instead.
Have fun, and happy adventuring~
