Chose a few new mods to replace originals which weren't updating.

Had to skip 26.1 due to Xaero's Minimap skipping that version. 

Added a fourth custom mod I made (Vertical Stairs and Slabs) to avoid "Extended Block Shapes" which added too many things I did not want nor need. 

The whole point of this pack was to keep the vanilla feel so I decided to keep backpacks off this particular pack.
