Hello, it's been a while, this is just a maintenance patch to address some outstanding issues.

• Added PlayerAPI, this resolves a subtle mod conflict between Galacticraft and ExtraUtilities, making the Deep Dark and Last Millennium portals from ExtraUtilities usable again. -Attempted to tune down spawn rates of Thermal Expansion mobs, especially in dimensions other than the Overworld.
