Neko's Yeetpack Series - Fourth Edition

In which Neko establishes the basic mod list and tested that the thing at least launches for them.

main configuration change from just being a generic kitchen sink including all these mods is that the passive skill tree goes to 150.

strongly encouraged for single player or Somebody Else's Server use to add 'cool down the faction war' datapack from the Mana and Artifice official discord.

I don't have permission to distribute 'cool down the faction war' (and don't care to obtain it right now,) but otherwise the faction war goes to 11 and makes the nether and end dimensions pretty well unplayable past tier 3.
