 - [INpure] Hid all disabled items in NEI

 - [Mek] Nerfed all tools and armor to be balanced against vanilla. In particular, Obsidian armor now gives 88% damage reduction (down from 120%; yes, it made you invincible), and no Mek tools other than Obsidian ones can mine Obsidian.

 - [Mekanism] Hid filled liquid and gas tanks in NEI

 - [ProjectE] Added EMC values - Biomes o’ Plenty items, Immersive Engineering items, ProjectRed items, Mekanism items, most dusts
