Well Rounded Blockheads

Hotfix: Removed Oculus/Rubidium mods, known issues with create and oculus 1.19.2, oculus devs are waiting for 1.19.3 to fix/update the mod.

Also removed spark, accidentally left in.

Server pack is fine as is, if excavated variants is still giving issues when logging into a server!:

Delete excavated_variant files from config, globalresources, and mod_data folders in your modpack instance, start a world in single player.
