FSG WorldWarMinecraft 11 (WWM11)

This is maintenance update of the pack, notably fixing many client side bugs and recipes.

Mods changes:

- Removed Better Placement (too impacting when building)

Notable gameplay changes:
- Added ReAuth access from main menu
- Added woot crafting automation support (no anvil required)
- Added guidances for Naquadah ore, Cyberparts, Stygian iron ingot and Heat generator
- Added missing glowstone and redstone block smeltery casting
- Improved stargate crafting recipe costs
- Improved build/testing in single player with doubled world borders
- Removed TechGuns Guided missile launcher (broken in SMP)
- Removed Mekanism logistical sorter (exploit)
- Removed Xeno's reliquary Ender staff (bypass)
- Removed Xeno's reliquary potion (exploit)
- Removed Mekanism wind generation in space and hyperspace
- Removed a few obsolete configuration and textures files
- Fixed tooltip for Alpha site ores
- Fixed recipes for teleporter, paper, jetpack, MPS helmet and EMP explosives
- Fixed many worlds generation issues for ores & structures
- Fixed a few mob spawning issues
- Fixed breathing alarm hidden by RPG-HUD
- Fixed obsidian armor and fluxed electrum exploits

Known issues:
- A few exploits remains, hence it's still a beta client with an alpha server
