Withering Apocalypse Wither Storm LEGACY

**Changes.**
Meat Shredder is no longer craftable, instead it is acquired via the Withered Beacon.
Regular Spiders now drop Spider Eye's again.
Iron Golems now drop ingots again instead of nuggets, change reverted from How it Ends.
Glow Squid's will now only drop their ink sacs when killed by players, this is to prevent item build up from Frozen Apocalypse killing them in oceans.
Horses can now spawn in Twilight Forest's Clearing and Oak Savannah biomes.
Adjusted End City chest loot to be more worth grabbing.
Removed Beetroot Seeds from End City loot.
Replaced Iron Tools in End City loot with Netherite, rare chance to appear.
Enchanted books can now occasionally be found in End City loot.

**Fixes.**
Fixed being able to uncraft End Rods found in the Sanctum structure back into Popped Chorus Fruit allowing Golden Apple Stew to be acquired before the Storm is even summoned.
Fixed Giants taking freeze damage.
Fixed Witches taking freeze damage.
