Changes:
Twilight Forest is now affected by Frozen Apocalypse.
Freezing Y level layer has been changed for day/phase 8 and 9 respectively.
Day 8 the freezing now extends down to Y level 10.
Day 9 it extends to Y level 5.
Disabled DoInsomia gamerule because phantoms are just annoying in general, you can find them naturally spawning in the Nether's Toxic Heap biome and throughout the End's outer islands.

 

Fixes:
Fixed Drowned and Husk's not being immune to the freezing.
