Withering Apocalypse Wither Storm LEGACY

First public beta release!

Additions:
Frozen Apocalypse has been introduced replacing Solar Apocalypse.
Added Armor set bonuses, armor will now give you bonuses depending on the material.
Added Storage Drawers mod.
Added Create Deco addon.
Entities are now wet for 5 seconds after coming out of water or being splashed by water splash/lingering potions.
Cataclysm has been updated to introduce a new boss, The Ancient Remnant.

Changes:
Soul Blacksmith's can now be found in the Inverted Forest.
Ancient Remnant can rarely drop a Husk Spawn egg, Husk Spawn egg recipe ahs been removed from the Withered Beacon as a result.
Cow, Sheep, and Chicken spawn eggs can now be crafted via the Withered Beacon.
Wither Skeleton spawn eggs are now craftable via the Withered Beacon.
Wheat Seeds are now dropped from Tall Grass/Ferns again, removed Wheat Seeds from Dungeon loot as a result.
Tinted Glass recipes now gives 6 instead of 2.
Explorer's Eve buffed Wither temporarily disabled due to an issue of it dying immediately upon spawn.
Rubidium mod replaced with Embeddium.
Most overworld biomes changed to have a greyish sky color.
Disabled Blood Moons for the time being.
Shields Block non-projectile damage again.
The chances of Pillagers/Ravagers dropping Platinum chunks has been lowered severely.
Sunken Cities now actually generate mostly submerged due to the recent Cataclysm update.

Fixes:
Fixed Yung's Fortresses being able to intersect Soul Blacksmith's.

Due to Frozen Apocalypse being introduced, several mobs are immune to freezing completely, this is the list as follows:
All Cataclysm bosses.
Wither Storm phase 3 and below.
Withered Symbiont.
Wither.
Elder Guardian/Guardians.
All sickened mobs.
All Pillager related mobs.

Misc changes:
Removed Cloth Config.
Removed Fabric Language Kotlin.
Removed ForgeMatica
Removed Oculus.
Removed Weather Settings.
Updated some mods.
