Since mod The Roads More Travelled has been removed all of the already eroded blocks in your save will disappear. If you wan to avoid that, before you upgrade to this version run on your save a command:

/trmt convert-to-vanilla

after that you'll need to return to chat and click on the link to confirm, after that save and exit. After that it should be safe to upgrade. If you've missed that step you will just need to replace some dirt and sand.
