Addition of two mods to improve immersion and quality of life.

• Progressive Difficulty: increases game difficulty when certain progression milestones are met. Ensures challenge stays consistent throughout life of playthrough.
• Fixed Anvil Repair Cost: sets a default cost for repairing a tool. No more increasing costs until you can no longer afford to fix your beloved item.
