Wild Robotics 3: War

This update serves to refresh your playthrough with a magic mod that has no necessary world gen and adds some really neat mechanics that pair well with mods like Create.

Distant Horizons lets you see a simplified view of chunks far from your position, making mountains, islands, and lookout towers pretty cool :).

Caelus API gives elytras from Silent Gear their full functionality.

I was planning on adding custom structures with a datapack but I couldn't figure it out so I just removed Global Packs for now.
