Modpack updated to 1.10.0

All mods have been updated

Fixed a bug were some instances, world time would be reversed (Day was night and night was day)

Fixed a crashing issue when loading and the window is no longer in focus

I don't know how long I will be maintaining the project anymore as I have become physically ill and going through surgery soon. As for now I won't be updating server files as well while I work on my physical health, however will continue to run my own dedicated server for the modpack but it will be whitelisted only. All info is in my discord server.
