Updated to 1.6.4

Mob spawns have been reduced for easy and normal mode but mobs have increased in difficulty for normal and hard mode

There were 2 enchantment description mods which have been fixed

Memory usage has been reduced - I ran the modpack at 5GB and it ran perfectly fine with shaders

Dynamic lighting has been added without using shaders - you can toggle this off in video settings

All chests now refresh loot tables every 30 minutes after being opened

FTB Chunks claims have been reduced to 50 chunks and forced load reduced to 35 (NOTE) each player added to your team will use the average of all members limits

FTB Essentials changes,

All GUI's using FTB Essentials have been disabled

/back command disabled

/home cooldown is now 300 seconds

/rtp cooldown is now 600 seconds and whitelisted only in overworld

/spawn cooldown is now 180 seconds

/tpa cooldown is now 180 seconds

/warp cooldown is now 600 seconds
