Fixes and Notes

• -New players will recieve 1.5 Real Life Hours of Wanderlust (20% Speed, +1 Step height, 20% Swim Speed, 100% Knockback resistance) and Sun's Grace (No Hostile mob spawns near player)
• -Split up MagiChem quests into tiers and added a few more basic quests (Thanks Aranai)
• -Added datapack to make MnA stations mineable with correct tools (Thanks Danto)
• -Hopefully Packet Fixer fixes the ritual of the iron bell guy crashing the server
• -Rare Alchemical loot bags now give rewards :(
