Fixes and Notes

• Added Apotheosis back to the pack to help balance the Champions.  Quests and Gem tweaks have returned from previous versions of the pack.
• Removed Hasty from Champions affix pool for vindicators.
• Added loot entry for Arcane Additions Study desk, it now drops itself when broken.
• Adjusted Relic quest to include the new MnA Relic.
• Added Icon Xaero's and Vanilla Village Nullifier to Global Datapacks for autoloading.
• Slight reduciton in champion spawns.
