Changes
> Continued adding EMC values to unregistered/EMC-less items. Please note that items reliant on metadata for specific functionality, such as the Division Sigil, Crystallized Essence, or most Thaumcraft wands, will not save that metadata unless added to a specific list that I likely will not be messing with.
> Removed the EMC values from the upgraded backpacks from Iron Backpacks. Basic backpacks still have an EMC value, as do all upgrades, but Iron, Gold, and Diamond Backpacks do not. This should reduce the frustration involved in managing backpacks.
