Sure, it's a relatively generic kitchen sink Create-centric modpack, but it has heart (false), mostly due to it being put together just as a server pack for some friends.
Main tech is mostly provided through Create and various addons to it, though Industrial Contraptions is available as a form of sidegrade to some of the core features.
Minecolonies gives a reason for players on a server to expand out over a wide area, though travel over those distances is nearly exclusively limited to actual installations like trains or other messy infrastructure.
There's a variety of general purpose quality of life mods, tools are handled through Tetra, there's some overcomplicated Hex Casting magic, but in the end it's still mostly just spinning gears.
