JustEnoughIDs finally updated so I can update the pack. Updating other mods while I'm at it.

Tinker's construct and Construct's Armory updates don't play nice with Tinker's Compendium update. Will test which update(s) are worth anything.

Did a cleanup of the config directory to make sure there aren't files from previously removed mods still in there.
