Notable Tweaks

~ Hungering Darkness now starts hurting at light level 4 but it takes 10 seconds to hurt 1 heart and repeating damage every 5 seconds

~ Hardcore Darkness now has the following light levels for moon phases

• 0% (New/no moon) = 0
• 25% = 1
• 50% = 2.5
• 75% = 3
• 100% (Full moon) = 5

~ Quark no longer spawns owl. I hate owls and there's enough scary shit in here already. And no more sitting on stairs, there's actual chairs in this thing, people.

~ Bloodmoon no longer occurs every full moon without fail
