Added Additional Lights, and updated a few mods.

The final list of mods is soon. Waiting on one or two tech mods to come to 1.21, as well as one mob mod and an end conversion mod I feel is good. The next step is managing the config files to better balance structure placement, starter kits, and begin working on the quest book.
