v 1.0.1 Changes:

Recipes:

* Add recipe for podzol

* Add recipes for elder guardian, and evocation illager spawn eggs (to provide access to sponge + Totem of Undying in survival)

* fix meta data on sand/redsand recipe (should have worked before)

Other:

* Forge loading bar is now purple

* fixed auto jump (now off by default as intended, enable if you want to, if you are upgrading you will probably need to manually disable it)
