Some features are not available in the modpack, as it is designed to work exclusively on the Waifing server

The Waifing Modpack is a structured, RPG survival experience built for Forge 1.20.1, designed for collaborative and long-term play, where specialized progression, faction allegiance, and civil management define your journey.
The Quest System
The entire experience is structured by a detailed quest system powered by Heracles, which guides players through complex mechanics and provides a clear progression path. Crucially, players are driven to become stronger through combat challenges; as you defeat major bosses, you can unlock permanent equipment slots with Curios API, directly increasing your available gear and power.
Core Progression: The Three Primary Paths
Progression is defined by mastering one or more of these three major pathways:
- Arcane Magic (Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks): Ideal for players who enjoy deep spell-casting, mana management, and a high-fantasy combat style.
- Dark Power (EvilCraft): Perfect for those who seek power through darker means, where progression is tied to the collection and use of blood.
- Automation/Engineering (Create): For the engineer at heart, focusing on building complex, aesthetic, and functional systems. This is further expanded with addons like Create Crafts & Additions and Create Enchantment Industry.
These paths are supported by Touhou Little Maid for specialized automation and Diet to manage your nutritional needs for buffs.
Enhanced Gear & Combat
For combat, you can wield unique weapons from Simply Swords and Integrated Simply Swords. Each piece of equipment can be significantly enhanced using Apotheosis to add powerful affixes and gems and/or enchant your weapons with spells from Iron's Spells 'n Spellbooks, while Better Combat ensures that every strike feels fluid and impactful.
Factions and RPG Challenge
A pivotal decision awaits: choosing a faction through Vampirism or Werewolves. Whether you become a Hunter, Vampire, or Werewolf, your perks and weaknesses will define your survival. Mobs gain levels and difficulty via Auto Leveling as you venture further from spawn, forcing you to rely on faction powers and high-level gear.
Settlements and Authority
Manage your own civilization using Minecraft Comes Alive. Construct specialized structures, establish taxes, and improve the equipment of your citizen soldiers. Ultimately, you can rise to become King or Queen to defend your territory.
- Commerce and Land Management: Facilitate trade with Lightman's Currency, which features robust shop systems.
- Territory: Secure your land using Cadmus, and establish travel networks with Via Romana for instant teleportation between trade hubs.
Aesthetics, Exploration & Socializing
The world is more alive than ever. Explore the stunning biomes of Regions Unexplored and the deep, mysterious underground of Alex's Caves.
- Dynamic World: Experience the change of time with Ecliptic Seasons.
- Personalization: Decorate with Paladin's Furniture and various Macaw’s sets. Every Compat ensures a cohesive look across all decorative blocks.
