Updated Waffleton to match Foolcraft 3 1.5.1

- Added Furniture mod and Catwalks, removed signposts.
- disabled all the optional mods like Journeymap and JEI.
- tweaked settings down, and providing default Optifine config.
- Dont forget to install latest Optifine!
Roughly dozens of hours trying to get an update out on my own and failing. About three hours to upgrade to 1.5.1, and two hours testing with the server, and more adding more things with configs.
