1.0.4 aims to fix a few key issues, including the disappearance of the Nether. There is one known issue we're still stumped on at the moment, and that's Genetics Reborn. We've reported our issues and when we figure out a solution I'll be sure to include it in a future update. For now the mod remains in the pack though.
