Updated various mods

fixed hot-key configuration breaking due to controlling mod conflict

note: quark changes the default chest recipe in such a way that modded wood no longer can be used to craft chests, although mixing wood types still works, hopefully this is fixed on quarks end soon

also note, with the byg update, some biomes may change slightly, but shouldn't create breaking changes in terrain.
