Pollutant pump- Made range 2 higher, made pump use 100 more units of power per process

Leveluphp- made the scaling higher by 40 per level, reduced monster xp gain by 5, and livestock xp by 2.

PlayerRevive- Increased revive time to 5 seconds, added 10 seconds to the revive timer. Revived players now gain an extra half a heart on revival.

Champions- Increased "hasty" buff by 10% speed, Decreased Plagued range.

Forestry- Changed the difficulty (so things might give less now)

Buildcraft- Made mining machines require 10% more power

Spice of life- added 3 max foods to "history" and the "history" no longer resets on death.
